Terms and Conditions for ICICI Credit Card EMI Facility with Hasons:

Eligibility:

The ICICI Credit Card EMI Facility with Hasons is available to ICICI Bank customers who hold a valid Credit Card and meet the eligibility criteria set by ICICI Bank.

Hasons Partnership:

ICICI Bank has partnered with Hasons, a registered merchant, to offer the Credit Card EMI Facility. By availing this facility, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions of both ICICI Bank and Hasons.

Transaction Amount:

The Credit Card EMI Facility allows you to convert your eligible purchase transactions made at Hasons into easy monthly installments (EMIs). The minimum transaction amount required for availing this facility may be specified by ICICI Bank and Hasons from time to time.

EMI Options:

The facility offers various EMI tenure options, such as 3, 6, 9, or 12 months, subject to the discretion of ICICI Bank and Hasons. The applicable interest rates, processing fees, and any other charges associated with the EMI facility will be communicated to you at the time of availing the facility.

EMI Conversion:

To convert a transaction into EMI, you must inform the cashier at Hasons before making the payment. The cashier will initiate the EMI conversion process on your request, subject to the eligibility criteria and terms set by ICICI Bank. Once the transaction is converted into EMI, it cannot be reversed or canceled.

Interest and Charges:

The applicable interest rates, processing fees, and other charges associated with the Credit Card EMI Facility will be clearly communicated to you at the time of availing the facility. It is your responsibility to understand and acknowledge these charges before opting for the facility.

Billing and Repayment:

The EMIs will be billed to your ICICI Bank account as per the agreed terms and conditions. It is your responsibility to ensure sufficient funds are available in your account to cover the EMI payments on the due dates. Failure to make timely payments may attract penalty charges, late fees, or any other charges levied by ICICI Bank.

Prepayment and Foreclosure:

You may have the option to prepay or foreclose the outstanding EMI amount before the completion of the chosen tenure. However, ICICI Bank and Hasons may impose prepayment charges or fees for such early closure, which will be communicated to you at the time of availing the facility.

Disputes and Liabilities:

Any disputes or issues regarding the Credit Card EMI Facility should be directly addressed to ICICI Bank and Hasons. ICICI Bank will not be responsible for any product or service-related issues, quality, warranty, or any other disputes arising between you and Hasons.

Modification and Termination:

ICICI Bank reserves the right to modify, alter, or terminate the Debit Card EMI Facility with Hasons at any time, without prior notice. Any changes to the terms and conditions of the facility will be communicated to you through ICICI Bank's official communication channels.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

The terms and conditions of the Debit Card EMI Facility with Hasons shall be governed by the laws of India. The courts of Mumbai shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising out of or in connection with this facility.
