Affiliate Marketing Agreement Terms and Conditions

Commission Structure:

• Affiliates will receive a commission ranging from 2% to 8% on all sales, as specified in the designated table format:

350000 to 399999	7.5

• Commissions will only be paid on sales tracked and properly attributed to the Affiliate's link using the Company's affiliate tracking system.
• Commissions will be paid on a monthly basis for all qualified sales in the previous month.
• Payments will be made via Bank transfer within 30 days of the end of the month.
• Affiliate is responsible for providing accurate payment information and notifying the Company of any changes.

Affiliate Responsibilities:

• Only individuals above 18 can register for the affiliate program.
• Affiliate will make reasonable efforts to actively promote Company products and direct traffic to the Company website using the affiliate links.
• Affiliate will not engage in illegal, fraudulent, deceptive or manipulative advertising or marketing practices.
• Affiliates will disclose affiliate relationships when promoting Company products.
• Affiliates will not make any representations or claims about Company products beyond what is made on the Company website.
• Affiliates will comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

Company Responsibilities:

• The company will provide the Affiliate with all necessary links and other promotional assets.
• The company will track and record sales made through the Affiliate's link using the Company's affiliate tracking system.
• The company reserves the right to reject sales it deems questionable or fraudulent.
• Company will make timely commission payments to Affiliate as outlined herein.

Term and Termination:

• This agreement will remain in effect until terminated by either party.
• Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with written notice.
• Upon termination, the Affiliate will immediately cease the use of any Company promotional assets.
• Company will pay any commissions due and owed to Affiliate before termination.
• The company has full authority to terminate any affiliate marketer.

Modifications:

• The company may modify the terms of this agreement by providing Affiliate written notice. Affiliate's continued participation constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
• Affiliate may not modify this agreement unless agreed to in writing by the Company.
